Individual Counseling

aPerhaps you’re coping with life rather than thriving in it. Could be you’re in a period of transition, whether desired, such as a career change, or not of your own choosing, like a loved one’s death. Or maybe you’re longing for something more but don’t know what that is, or simply can’t figure out your next, best move.

If anxiety, depression, or both make everyday life hard to bear, or you can’t find the inspiration to make essential life changes, individual therapy may be for you.

The Couples College offers a place of sanctuary to safely explore what matters most to you. We will support you in discovering meaning in life’s unresolved and painful events. When necessary, we may challenge your limiting beliefs, but not without providing you with the tools to create self-care habits and a mindset designed to bring out the best in you.

We are here to help!
