Couples Counseling

Maybe you’re a new couple that wants your relationship to thrive. Or perhaps you’re in a long-term relationship that’s going through a difficult stretch and you’re worried about drifting apart.

If you find yourselves in either of these places, couples counseling may be right for you.

It’s no secret that we bring our separate relationship histories, good and bad, into our current partnerships. The good news is that injuries both old and new can be healed by nurturing healthy, loving interactions. At The Couples College, we will help you build or recapture the experience of having each other’s back. Equally important, we will provide you with the skills you need to listen to each other deeply in order to create a space of true, lasting intimacy.

We will teach you how to:

  • Communicate with affection
  • Create a stronger bond
  • Learn to fight fairly
  • Practice true forgiveness
  • Perfect the art of compromise

We are here to help!
